Peggy was a remarkable person and I am honored to have known her. I'm sorry she had such a struggle in her later years.

I remember Peggy's brilliant command of the English language from the stories she wrote for English class. I worked with her father for a few years and he used to keep me informed about her health, etc. Courageous and kind best sums up my perceptions of Peggy. I liked her very much.

Although Peggy died too young, she didn’t let cerebral palsy prevent her from living a full life. She and our classmate/clergyman Marvin Jones seemed to me a match made in heaven.

I don’t think Peggy had a mean bone in her body. If I wanted to be around someone at Judson or South who was guaranteed to make me feel better, Peggy was the go-to person. Talk about your school spirit!
